Villa del Sol off Highway 18 in McMinnville is a migrant farm worker apartment complex with 22 units. Villa del Sol has been a collaborative effort with CASA (Community And Shelter Assistance Corporation) Of Oregon in Newberg. CASA is an organization that devotes itself to addressing the housing needs of migrant farm workers in Oregon and working with other entities such as Yamhill CDC to meet these needs. This beautiful complex has twenty-four 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units, onsite laundry, a courtyard with play set and half-court basketball.
