Yamhill CDC is a non-profit organization building communities and neighborhoods through a sweat-equity system.

The sweat-equity approach allows you to purchase a new home at very low cost... with no money down... affordable mortgage payments... and immediate equity!

Yamhill CDC has built 142 homes though our "sweat-equity" program under the guidance and leadership of our office and construction professionals.  We are currently building 11 homes and plan to begin 9 more in the next year.

Our current development, Rolling Hills, in beautiful Carlton, Oregon, will be home to 43 self-help homebuilders and their families.   The first two groups have already moved into their homes.   The third group is nearing the end of construction. 

Recruitment of the last Group is now underway!

We are currently accepting applications for our 2009 build group in Gervais.
